You may question your choices, beat yourself up for the chances you did not take or the decisions you made. Your work life or relationships may look alright, but you feel there is something missing in it all.
You sometimes may wake up looking at your life and wonder
"Is this it? Is this how my life is going to be? Or is there more?"
I have an answer for you: there is more and you can lead a happier, fuller life if you put your mind to it.
It takes some effort, but I am here to help you.
I have been studying human happiness for 15 years now - from ancient philosophical systems to the most recent scientific developments in the field of psychology - and I have developed an array of methods that can help you overcome the barriers that keep you from leading a deeply satisfying life, where your sense of well-being is
resistant to external circumstances, grounded in self-reflection and self-care.
My goal as a therapist is to help you grow, feel empowered in who you are, connected to other people around you and independent in your choices. I ask challenging questions in a warm and calm atmosphere, and use a number of established and experimental therapeutic techniques.
In select cases I work with psychedelic experiences, as part of a longer growth process,
with sessions before and after a psychedelic experience.
This choice is dictated by ethical and scientific considerations, and by my experience with these substances. I believe their potential is substantial but in order to achieve good effects that go in the right direction and in accordance with your values, you need ethical and skilled guidance before and after their use.
I do not administer the psychedelics myself, this is done by a professional guide or sitter.
My role is to prepare you, help integrate the experience so that you get the most out of it,
and keep your life in balance in the post-psychedelic period.

The price of a session is €100 for 50 minutes.
We meet face to face at Keizersgracht 394, in the center of Amsterdam.
There is also an option to work online, if this is your preference.
I charge from the first session and do not offer exploratory calls - as a trained psychologist and therapist,
I form a unique relationship with my clients and this starts from the first minute we start talking.

I work on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- I hold a PhD in well-being psychology.
- I hold a position of Associate Professor of Psychology at the
University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw.
- I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,
EMDR and Schema Therapy.
- I have clinical training completed in the Polish Military Institute, PTSD Clinic and
Psychiatry and Neurology Institute in Warsaw, Personality and Anxiety Clinic.
